Today has been another hectic day. Claire has been down from Manchester helping Debbie out with interviews for the new Peer Youth Workers.
Tabbie - Had a meeting with the cosplay volunteers as the event is coming up really soon. We sorted out the roles which volunteers would be doing during the day and night, got a list sorted of the equipment we would be needing, spoke to Andy about the questions that the Youtbe volunteers would be asking during the filming of the event.. I then wrote up all the colunteer roles and got the plan ready for the next meeting. EEK, really looking forward to my event now. Woop!
Drake - went through my folder and looked at all the bands we had for our next event. Got more than I thought, also noted down bands that havn't put gigs on for before but who was interested. I looked through my folder to make sure I'd have all the info on bands I had, mainly genre as it seems we get Acoustic/Soft Rock - Or Metuulz! so got them into groups - Now have a good idea of who we've got to put on a show - next - venues!
Andy - well i started off arrageing a meeting. then i was in tabbies meeting takeing note and then asked were i could film and what questions i should ask. after that i did paperwork wrote up in all the forumss!!!
