The next meeting will be Saturday 7th August at 2pm :)
Also held at our office (the Greenfish Resource Centre)
If you arent sure where this is, please dont hesistate to get in touch !
The plan for the next meeting consists of:
Myself and the volunteers will be going to the venue to plan the layout of the room for the event.
Risk assessment to be wrote out whilst at venue.
Prices that have been collected put on a budget form.
See you then ! :)

Hi Guys :)
Just to let you know what happened in this meeting !
we have the completed budget form so we can start buying all the good stuff !
and we have completed the risk assessment to ensure yr all safe at the event :)
also, the volunteers discussed the layout of the room regarding the different things that will be happening and we have a full layout planned for the venue.
Next week: We will be down on Urbis from 2pm to advertise the event using the gorgeous flyers designed for us by Madaleena :)
The more help the better, if you're interested in helping we will be meeting at 2pm outside Starbucks on Urbis
To help advertise the volunteers that are already coming plan to dress up in their cosplay costume so feel free to do so !
