	We support young alternatives (aged 16-25) to get involved and give something back to the scene As well as this website we run events and activities in Manchester and Birmingham, and soon in Preston too! Most of what we do is planned and run by young alternatives. Right now we're looking for people to review gigs for the website (we also have lots of other things that we need people to do) Normally the best review each month wins a Twenty Pound Ticketmaster Voucher but for Give It A Name, we'll give a voucher for the best review of each band!

Register - it takes seconds!
To Register on this website all you need to do is Agree to stick to our basic guidelines (be nice!) and Fill out a very simple form (name, password, etc). Then you should be logged in immediately and you are ready to post (any problems you can text the admin on 07917 260 826 and we'll respond asap) For your first day you won't be able to post links, pictures or send private messages this is just to cut down on spam and adverts.

Where to Start
	A good place to start is the Newbie forum You can just say hi, or tell us a bit about yourself what you love n hate what do you think of the alternative scene? and how did you hear about the site? (if a friend recommended it to you we'll give them 100 points to spend in the shop)

Then you want to post your review :) It's a good idea to look at what other people have posted and maybe read some reviews in magazines, papers, online, etc. Common things to include are Background on the band The line up, the rig, the lighting. The venue, getting there, how did you feel? Atmosphere through the gig, did they talk to the crowd, etc The set list - you need to give some idea what they played! After that you can be as creative as you like lots of bands are as famous for their fans and what people say about them as for their music!

The venue, getting there, how did you feel?
